About the Role: 
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Designer with strong expertise in tendering processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying open tenders, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. This role is critical in supporting our companys growth by securing new projects through accurate, competitive, and high-quality tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
-Research, identify, and track relevant open tenders in the architecture and design sector.
- Review tender documents and analyze requirements, scope, and deliverables. Prepare and submit tender documentation in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, and costing) to gather required information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tender-related submissions.
- Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry standards, procurement regulations, and bidding procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in tendering processes within architecture, construction, or design firms.
- Strong understanding of tender requirements, procedures, and compliance.
-  Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tendering software/tools.
- Preferred Skills Experience with government and private sector tenders.
- Familiarity with cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
