Responsibilities:

  • Create and carry out strategic sales plans to meet the aims and objectives of the business.
  • In the logistics sector, identify and target new customers while taking into account their unique demands and specifications.
  • Create and preserve enduring bonds with current customers by guaranteeing clear communication and top-notch support.
  • Carry out competitive analysis, developing trends, and possible business prospects through market research.
  • Work together to develop persuasive marketing campaigns and sales collateral with the customer support staff.
  • Create and deliver strong presentations emphasizing the advantages and worth of our logistics services to influential decision-makers.
  • Work with clients to negotiate contracts and price parameters that will ensure maximum profitability while upholding client happiness.
  • Offer precise sales projections along with frequent updates on sales activity, results, and industry developments.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements and networking opportunities to grow your professional network.
  • Oversee and direct a group of sales representatives; provide direction, instruction, and assistance to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
  • 6 years of experience and a track record of success in logistics sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the logistics sector, including incoterms, transportation management, and import/export laws.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to travel as required.
  • Good communication in English.
