Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out strategic sales plans to meet the aims and objectives of the business.
- In the logistics sector, identify and target new customers while taking into account their unique demands and specifications.
- Create and preserve enduring bonds with current customers by guaranteeing clear communication and top-notch support.
- Carry out competitive analysis, developing trends, and possible business prospects through market research.
- Work together to develop persuasive marketing campaigns and sales collateral with the customer support staff.
- Create and deliver strong presentations emphasizing the advantages and worth of our logistics services to influential decision-makers.
- Work with clients to negotiate contracts and price parameters that will ensure maximum profitability while upholding client happiness.
- Offer precise sales projections along with frequent updates on sales activity, results, and industry developments.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and networking opportunities to grow your professional network.
- Oversee and direct a group of sales representatives; provide direction, instruction, and assistance to meet sales goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- 6 years of experience and a track record of success in logistics sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the logistics sector, including incoterms, transportation management, and import/export laws.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to travel as required.
- Good communication in English.
