Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
- Monitor and improve environmental impact related to raw materials, production, packaging, and waste management.
- Collaborate with R&D to innovate sustainable seasoning powder formulations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with international food safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners globally to promote sustainable sourcing and practices.
- Lead training and awareness programs on sustainability for employees.
- Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, and site visits.
- Manage projects related to sustainability, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainability management within the food industry, preferably in seasoning or related products.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry and production processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally frequently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in sustainability standards, certifications, and reporting frameworks.
