Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners globally to promote sustainable sourcing and practices.
  • Lead training and awareness programs on sustainability for employees.
  • Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, and site visits.
  • Manage projects related to sustainability, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability management within the food industry, preferably in seasoning or related products.
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry and production processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally frequently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in sustainability standards, certifications, and reporting frameworks.
