QA Engineer - Electronic Industry

Responsibilities:

• Handle Process Change Notice (PCN) documentation and ensure compliance with change control procedures.
• Review PCN requests, monitor supplier/customer performance, and resolve issues.
• Respond to surveys on hazardous/prohibited substances (e.g., RoHS, ChemSHERPA); gather data, coordinate with Japan team, and report results to customers.
• Support customer failure analysis requests by coordinating with suppliers, reviewing reports, and ensuring effective communication.
• Visit customers for quality improvement activities and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Continuously update technical knowledge, especially in semiconductors, and share local insights with other branches.

• Perform other assigned quality-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Communicable level of English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and regulations on hazardous/prohibited substances.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical, environmental compliance, or production roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good logical and analytical thinking skills.
