Responsibilities
- Respond to ticketing requests from internal users.
- Identify and solve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Assist in setting up new laptops, IT tools, and accounts for new employees.
- Oversee the company's network and server operations.
- Respond to technical issues raised by users within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support functions.
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills for software, hardware, networks, and servers.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
