Responsibilities:

• Develop, adjust, and manage production schedules for completed goods and subcomponents (on a weekly basis).
• Calculate resource requirements (workers, materials, machinery) for each production run.
• Ensure on-time production time by maintaining adequate raw material inventory.
• Streamline processes and shorten lead times to improve efficiency.
• Modify schedules to meet deadlines and adjust for unforeseen issues.
• Oversee production output and ensure orders are fulfilled on time and within budget.
• Monitor the production process to identify and address scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Regularly update management on production status.
• Promptly communicate changes to production schedules to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., purchasing, inventory) to ensure resource availability.
• Continuously identify opportunities to cut production costs.
• Recommend and implement strategies to enhance production process efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in production planning in apparel or garment manufacturing.
• Proficiency in relevant software and Material Requirements Planning is a must.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving leadership.
