Assistant Customer Management Manager (Logistics)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Managed customer connections to understand logistics needs and company goals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
  • Assess client happiness, gather feedback, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Helps handle customer complaints immediately and prevent future difficulties.
  • Maximize sales and business growth by understanding client demands and identifying cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create account maintenance plans for stable and growing customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer data to determine demand trends and behavior patterns.
  • Provide frequent status reports on customer maintenance and business redevelopment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics departments to meet client needs and deliver a consistent experience.
  • Actively participate in internal training and knowledge sharing to enhance the team's overall capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in customer service, or customer account management experience in the logistics industry is a must.
  • Having expertise in leading a team and decision-making abilities is a significant benefit.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to forge strong bonds with clients at all levels.
  • Have sound judgment and be able to react fast to a variety of demands and difficulties from clients.
  • The capacity to produce reports, analyze data, and use office software and customer relationship management tools with ease.
  • Preference will be given to those who have specific work experience in logistics or related disciplines.
  • Excellent self-management and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
