IT Manager - SAP (Manufacturing)
Job Description:
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Asia Pacific region, committed to delivering high-quality products that improve and save lives. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager specializing in SAP projects to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT budget and Master planning on a yearly basis.
- IT staff and IT direction planning and management.
- Coordinate with IT group company for the strategy and direction.
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SAP projects, with a focus on SAP MM modules. Additionally, experience in SAP SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM modules is essential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Manage relationships with internal and external third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive excellence in project delivery.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of SAP systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform additional jobs assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's or MS degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manager level and managing ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering SAP projects, with a strong focus on SAP MM modules. Experience with SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM modules is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budget control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry with SAP experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Good command of spoken and written English
