About the job Legal Officer
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, agreements, and other key records.
- Analyze internal policies, external regulations, and operational requirements to assess their impact on company activities.
- Maintain an organized registry of critical documents, approvals, and corporate records.
- Provide guidance and support to internal departments for aligning with corporate policies, standards, and external requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders and authorities when required.
- Identify and assess risk areas within company practices, proposing recommendations and corrective measures.
Qualifications:

- Age: 25 35 years old
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Law
- Experience:
Experience representing a company in court
Must hold a Lawyers License Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and drafting documents with precision.
