️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, agreements, and other key records.
  • Analyze internal policies, external regulations, and operational requirements to assess their impact on company activities.
  • Maintain an organized registry of critical documents, approvals, and corporate records.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal departments for aligning with corporate policies, standards, and external requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders and authorities when required.
  • Identify and assess risk areas within company practices, proposing recommendations and corrective measures.

  • Age: 25 35 years old
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Law
  • Experience:
    Experience representing a company in court
    Must hold a Lawyers License
  • Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and drafting documents with precision.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

  • Willingness to stay updated on evolving regulations and corporate policies.
