Parking Operations Specialist

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all parking policies and procedures are followed Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of parking facilities, including garages, lots, and valet services.
  • Ensure that parking facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor equipment and technology, such as ticketing systems and access control devices, to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including providing clear signage and convenient payment options.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to parking operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on parking operations, including revenue, occupancy, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Few years of experience in Customer Service, Operations Management or a related role within the service industry.
  • Knowledge of parking technology, equipment, and best practices would be good but not a must.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with basic excel spreadsheets, analyzing data and financial forecasting.
  • Intermediate command of spoken and written English.
