Deputy General Manager Position

Responsibilities:

Support strategic development initiatives alongside the General Manager, making critical decisions that impact medium to long-term organizational goals

Lead quality management and continuous improvement programs while optimizing operational efficiency

Develop and refine internal control systems to enhance institutional management

Analyze industry trends, market positioning, and competitive landscape to guide business development

Monitor internal and external dynamics, providing strategic insights to influence company operations

Establish standardized management systems and efficient work processes while building a high-performing team

Execute additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in biopharmaceuticals, medicine, medical devices, business administration, or related fields

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing management experience, including 3+ years at executive level in the medical device industry

Deep understanding of medical device industry standards, regulatory requirements, and market trends

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Strong professional reputation with extensive industry connections; fluency in English, Thai, and Chinese

Expertise in quality management tools and comprehensive knowledge of medical device systems and regulations
