Quality Team Lead (Jewelrey Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

Lead the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Conduct thorough inspections at various stages of production, including model, wax, and in-line production.

Utilize technical knowledge of jewelry production mechanisms to identify and resolve quality issues.

Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures.

Prepare detailed statistical and analytical reports using spreadsheet tools such as vlookup and pivot tables.

Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance quality control skills.

Communicate effectively with global brands and internal stakeholders regarding production and quality control matters.

Manage and analyze data to improve quality processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years in fine and fashion jewelry manufacturing, with a focus on production, quality assurance, and merchandising.

Good comand of English, both spoken and written.

Strong understanding of jewelry production technical and mechanisms is advantageous.

Ability to identify issues from model, wax, and in-line production

At least 5 years of experience in diamond and gems grading.

Background working with global brands is required.

Proficient in production and quality control communications and reporting.

Skilled in preparing statistical and analysis reports using spreadsheet tools like vlookup and pivot tables.

Proven ability in team building and training.

Willingness to work overtime and travel frequently as required.
