Qualifications:

 - Proven experience in product sales of at least 5 years.
 - Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Have experience in managing teams.
 - Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
 - Have a car license.
 - Good command of English.
 - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
 
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored packaging solutions.
 - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team sales goals.
 - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
 - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional materials.
 - Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
 - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 - Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
