Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Export Sales Executive to expand and manage our B2B sales across the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales within the food and beverage industry, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to grow strategic partnerships in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for key accounts across ASEAN countries (e.g. Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore).
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the food & beverage industry.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and end clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and product strategy.
  • Handle export documentation, product registration (if required), and trade compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, and production to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Attend regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.0

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
  • 410 years of experience in B2B export sales, ideally within the food & beverage sector.
  • Familiarity with ASEAN markets and cross-cultural sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
