Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to meet sales and profit targets
  • Maintain strong communication and support with customers via in-person visits, calls, and emails
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships
  • Respond to customer quotation requests promptly
  • Oversee account activities, including quality concerns, PCNs, EOL notices, new projects, and agreements
  • Monitor market trends, customer production volumes, and demand forecasts
  • Plan and place orders with semiconductor manufacturers based on demand
  • Share relevant customer insights with regional teams (HQ/SG/HK marketing)
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent aging or obsolete stock
  • Resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
  • Update internal systems with new part numbers and pricing changes
  • Review and update exchange rates monthly
  • Coordinate and respond to all customer inquiries
  • Continuously improve business processes tailored to each customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
