Job Summary:

The Sales and Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the service industry. The role requires a self-starter who can effectively communicate the value of our services and products to potential clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and markets.

Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events. scan through building list names

Qualify leads to determine their suitability for our services.

Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client loyalty.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team success.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience from of Service, Hospitality, Media, Real Estate industries is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
