About the job Associate/Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and review relevant laws and regulations in Thailand.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of client companies.
  • Analyze gathered data to assist in the development of business strategies, including M&A plans, HR systems, governance frameworks, risk management plans, and restructuring strategies.
  • Prepare presentation materials and comprehensive reports.
  • For smaller projects, the individual will be responsible for managing the entire process independently.
  • Collaborate with external business partners, such as law firms, accounting firms, HR agencies, and research firms, as needed.
  • Field research and business travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for communication and task management.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and complete tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and meticulous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from any accredited university 
    • A GPA above 3.5 or graduation from a prestigious institution is a plus but not required.
    • Degrees in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Economics are also advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Language proficiency:
    • English: Must be proficient, with the ability to communicate fluently and write formal reports.
    • Japanese: N1 Level
  • Over 2 years of solid experience in research, consulting, or similar roles will be considered a plus.
