Personal Assistant to CEO

 Job Description:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director. This includes a variety of tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and responding to correspondence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and responding to correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
