Social Media Supervisor/Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibility:

- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the companys business goals, focusing on key platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, algorithms, and social media best practices to maintain and increase engagement.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Plan and produce creative short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories, leveraging the smartphone products key selling points.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand the brand's reach.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies based on campaign goals, product highlights, and budget constraints.
- Monitor, review, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to coordinate and execute campaigns that support larger marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and product messaging across all digital platforms.



Qualification:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Fluent in Thai, Good in English (written and spoken) - (Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in the smartphone or tech industry)
- Understanding of smartphone industry is a plus, TikTok video production and mobile game lover is a plus.
- Strong communication skills cross-cultural and cross-departmental co-ordination context.
- Self-driven and strong sense of responsibility.
