Industry: Footwear and Apparel Manufacturing
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate
Working hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-16:30 hrs.)
Responsibilities:
- Strategizing & Operations:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business goals.
- Monitoring overall HR operations, covering both human resource management (HRM) and human resource development (HRD) fields.
- Managing the HR department budget and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Supporting Top Management by preparing necessary reports and handling full-function HR processing.
- Employee Relations & Support:
- Maintaining strong communication and fostering positive relationships with employees to boost satisfaction.
- Addressing employee requests and inquiries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Handling HR-related inquiries from both employees and external parties.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
- Processing and distributing payroll summary files to approvers for final approval.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all compensation and benefits programs.
- Preparing and submitting reports on compensation and benefits to relevant internal departments and government agencies.
- Processing employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HRM and HRD.
- Proven experience in managerial roles.
- Experience in the Manufacturing business is preferred.
- Good command of English (Interview in English only).
- Have experience in B plus Payroll program would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
