Location: Huai Khwang, Bangkok (Near BTS/MRT)
Working hours: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:30 hrs.)

Responsibilities:

1. 
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- 
Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within traditional trade channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion potential in local and regional traditional markets.
- Establish and monitor ambitious sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the traditional trade segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the negotiation of complex terms, pricing, and agreements with key customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and drive profitability.

2. Team Leadership & Development:
- 
Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and constructive feedback to enhance individual and team capabilities, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centricity within the sales team.

3. Relationship & Account Management:
- 
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with key traditional trade customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of concerns and issues.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.


4. Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- 
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Implement proactive corrective actions and optimize sales processes to enhance overall sales results and efficiency.

 Market Development & Promotion:
- 
Lead new business development initiatives and identify potential customers within traditional trade channels.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and promotional teams to enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and drive sales through in-retail activations.
- Plan, organize, and attend trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence and generate leads.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- 
Work seamlessly with internal departments including Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth order processing, optimize inventory management, and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to provide valuable customer insights and market feedback to inform product innovation and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field or a strong sales background.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Sales Channel Management, especially in Traditional Trade.
- Sales Experience in Consumer Durable Goods, Power Tools, Hand Tools or Home appliances.
- Strong understanding of the traditional retail market and distribution channels.
- Good Command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
