Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for sales activities, including data analysis and application guidance to persuade customers.
  • Deliver presentations highlighting product advantages over competitors.
  • Assist the sales team in engaging customers at the showroom.
  • Conduct sample measurements for customers.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct product training sessions and seminars for dealers and customers.
  • Provide software training and after-sales software support for customers.
  • Train internal staff (sales and service teams) on new products, updated features, and other relevant topics.
  • Prepare documentation, including technical certificates, operation manuals, and translations, for both customers and internal staff.
  • Coach subordinates on product knowledge, application functionality, presentation techniques, and effective communication skills.
  • Develop and manage work schedules for subordinates and the team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Engineer Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, specializing in Technical or Application roles related to CMM, Roughness, or Contour.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Thailand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and proactive thinking.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
