Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in design, engineering, and permitting to enhance properties, boosting occupancy rates and leasing revenue.
- Recommend technical strategies to optimize project profitability.
- Prepare cost estimates for design and construction phases, from project initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive budgets for design and construction projects.
- Supervise the tendering process, ensuring pre-qualified bidders are engaged.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, maintaining quality standards, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Negotiate and approve contracts with consultants and contractors to achieve cost efficiency.
- Support the Chief Engineer in preparing monthly performance reports for the engineering department.
- Oversee and manage all fixed assets within the engineering department.
- Evaluate and approve plans and designs submitted by consultants and contractors.
- Monitor staff performance for BMS, PM, Fit-out, and Service teams through regular evaluations.
- Organize staff schedules, including rosters and overtime arrangements.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Age not over 38 years.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in building management, particularly high-rise properties.
- Fluent English.
