Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in design, engineering, and permitting to enhance properties, boosting occupancy rates and leasing revenue.
  • Recommend technical strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Prepare cost estimates for design and construction phases, from project initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive budgets for design and construction projects.
  • Supervise the tendering process, ensuring pre-qualified bidders are engaged.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, maintaining quality standards, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Negotiate and approve contracts with consultants and contractors to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Support the Chief Engineer in preparing monthly performance reports for the engineering department.
  • Oversee and manage all fixed assets within the engineering department.
  • Evaluate and approve plans and designs submitted by consultants and contractors.
  • Monitor staff performance for BMS, PM, Fit-out, and Service teams through regular evaluations.
  • Organize staff schedules, including rosters and overtime arrangements.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Age not over 38 years.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building management, particularly high-rise properties.
  • Fluent English.
