About the job Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer service teams to deliver exceptional tenant experiences, resolve inquiries promptly, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Oversee contractors (cleaning, security, landscaping) to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
  • Plan and execute tenant engagement events and marketing campaigns to foster community building and participation.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure control for Helpdesk, reception, club lounge, and mailroom operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, incidents, service improvements, and tenant feedback for management review.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial role within facilities management business.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with expertise in overseeing contractors and managing tenant relations, particularly in retail shopping plazas.
  • Proficiency in English across all communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Mandarin language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
