About the job Client Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer service teams to deliver exceptional tenant experiences, resolve inquiries promptly, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee contractors (cleaning, security, landscaping) to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
- Plan and execute tenant engagement events and marketing campaigns to foster community building and participation.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure control for Helpdesk, reception, club lounge, and mailroom operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on team performance, incidents, service improvements, and tenant feedback for management review.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years in a managerial role within facilities management business.
- Proven leadership abilities, with expertise in overseeing contractors and managing tenant relations, particularly in retail shopping plazas.
- Proficiency in English across all communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
