Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day activities in the buyer consolidation sector.
  • Handle and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping clients informed about the status.
  • Manage and review shipping documents.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with international teams.
  • Use specialized software, such as pivot tables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Logistics and/or shipping industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in buyer consolidation, FCL, LCL. (as a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. (At least Intermediate level)
  • Familiarity with specialized software, including pivot tables.
  • Fast Learning Skills.
  • Effective coordination and teamwork with international teams.
