Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and environmental regulations (FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, HACCP). Stay updated on laws, update company policies, and lead regulatory audits.
  • Oversee HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs, conduct internal audits, implement corrective actions, and train staff on safety and hygiene.
  • Develop workplace safety programs, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and enforce preventive measures.
  • Monitor waste, energy use, and sustainability efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct compliance training, promote safety culture, and develop educational materials.
  • Maintain compliance records, submit reports, and update management on regulatory status and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in food safety, health, and environmental compliance in food manufacturing/processing.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, HACCP) preferred.
  • Experience handling regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai with excellent leadership abilities.
