Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet or exceed organizational goals.
• Optimize plant efficiency and productivity through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the conceptualization, erection, and commissioning of expansion projects and modifications.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to scale up new products and develop innovative applications.
• Strengthen logistics and ensure seamless integration between production, warehousing, and marketing.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in a production leadership role within the chemical industry.
• Proven track record in optimizing production processes and improving overall plant performance.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in project management and new product development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
