Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
    • Demonstrated success in managing software implementation projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of various software systems with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Prior experience in the software distribution sector.
    • Knowledge of specialized software in fields such as mobile devices, applications, or telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, networking, and IT-related issues, ensuring prompt problem resolution.
  • Facilitate the setup and functionality of IT equipment for projects, ensuring compliance with technological requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with software developers and hardware vendors, both locally and internationally, regarding installations, support, maintenance, and training needs.
  • Rapidly familiarize yourself with new software systems through technical documentation to support efficient implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions for clients, either directly or in collaboration with software developers.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during the implementation or operation of software solutions, collaborating with vendor developers when needed.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, training materials, and user support guides.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow. Act as a liaison between IT outsourcing partners and other departments, working under the guidance of project managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure the successful execution of assigned duties and responsibilities.
