Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotations that align with client requirements.

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Hebrew, or Japanese is advantageous. 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new software applications.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
