QA Supervisor (Food Technology)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Able to carry out all duties related to the Quality Assurance System
- Create, assess, and monitor plant KPI using methodology and a thorough comprehension of all QA system operations.
- Gather production and quality records, perform a thorough batch assessment, and prepare for customer audits.
- Speak with the client, oversee investigations, identify the primary reason, and suggest remedial or preventive measures.
- Get in touch with the customer again and send a written response.
- Provide a summary of the findings to the plant and sales.
- Create the HACCP program and assess the coordinators of the validation and verification of the food safety system, including CCP, cleaning, and process.
- Examine the batch, in-process, and quality testing findings before releasing.
- To address quality issues and offer a QA perspective, represent quality in meetings with plant business point teams, quality improvement teams, and other groups.
- Verify that records and paperwork are kept up to date in accordance with quality system guidelines and plant procedures.
- Establish and refine quality assurance processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and strict adherence to standards; provide staff with the required training.
- Monitor any nonconforming material or product and take corrective and preventative action for process deviations.
- Provide a statistical report on the product, process, or capability every month.
- Ascertain that all operations and product quality adhere to national regulations in both Thailand and the client's country.
- Adhere to internal and external laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of expertise in analytical, quality control, and system management for quality and food safety in the food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
- Familiarity with fundamental lab apparatus and analytical testing techniques.
- Preferably is experience in pharmaceutical quality management, FSSC 22000, cGMP & HACCP, ISO 9001 quality system management, and EXCiPACT.
- Formal statistical training and a track record of using statistical approaches to improve plant and laboratory operations.
- Exhibited proficiency in using concepts from chemistry to solve challenges.
- Proficiency in quality control methods and familiarity with ISO9001, cGMP & HACCP, FSSC 22000, EXCiPACT, and USP quality standards for food additives and medicinal excipients.
- Extremely motivated and well-organized.
- Capacity to fulfill deadlines and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
