Regional Sales Manager (Truck)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- To achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, forecast revenues and create a sales strategy.
- Work with the service team to arrange for the delivery and storage of equipment and replacement parts.
- Plan events (road shows, grand openings, expos) in conjunction with the marketing team and collect data on market demands, rivals, goods, media coverage, and other relevant topics.
- Work with the finance team to coordinate the management of overdue balances.
- Establish and preserve ties with clients. Prepared to conduct a regional survey of KA customers; oversee teams by managing hiring and training; and perform other daily duties like morning chats. weekly gathering Create reports from the system's client database.
Requirements:
- At least three to five years of continuous experience managing a sales staff. Any field at the bachelor's degree level or above.
- Able to travel and work, or now residing in the western area.
