Quality Control Assistant
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Regularly track and report on quality control metrics and provide insights and analysis.
- Gather and analyze quality control data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into actionable plans to optimize production processes.
- Review and verify quality control documents issued by supervisors.
- Evaluate and adjust existing quality control procedures and optimize measurement frequency and method.
Requirements:
- Age 35-45 years.
- 10 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and a minimum of 3 years in team management.
- Bachelors degree in chemistry and possesses a strong understanding of measurement tools and laboratory procedures.
- Proficient in effectively utilizing measurement instruments and conducting lab work.
- Capable of engaging with clients, making presentations, and representing the organization in client meetings.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- Experienced in attending board management meetings and adept at recording meeting minutes.
- Able to work in the upcountry.
