Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager - Medical Devices

Location: BKK/ UPC
Salary: Up to 85K

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in achieving growth and market penetration in the medical device sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping healthcare providers deliver better patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on trends and areas for improvement.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and build relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
