 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.  

- Analyze customer and supply chain data using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).  

- Prepare reports and dashboards to support customer service and supply chain decisions.  

- Maintain and update customer records and ensure data accuracy.  

- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to process orders and ensure timely delivery.  

- Monitor inventory levels and support logistics coordination.  

- Record and manage customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.  

- Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders.  

Qualifications:  

- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.  

- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).  

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  

- Experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.  

- Fluency in written and spoken English.
