We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with extensive experience in the smartphone sector. The ideal candidate will have established connections with AIS, True, Dtac, and IT retail shops. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including AIS, True, Dtac, and IT retail shops. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the smartphone sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the smartphone or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong connections with AIS, True, Dtac, and IT retail shops.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
