Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with jewelry designers to understand design concepts and translate them into accurate CAD models.
- Create 3D digital renderings of jewelry designs using CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, SolidWorks).
- Iterate and refine CAD models based on feedback from design and production teams.
- Ensure that CAD models meet quality standards and technical specifications for production.
- Work closely with manufacturing technicians to troubleshoot any issues related to CAD/CAM processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology to enhance design capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, industrial design, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD designer in the jewelry industry with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
