Factory Manager (Medical & Pharma)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Sets the division's goals, tactics, and objectives.
- In charge of production output, timely delivery, and product quality.
- Oversees engineering projects to ensure that plans and objectives are met on schedule and in accordance with corporate, GMP, safety, and energy-saving practices standards.
- Keeps an eye on and manages key performance metrics to optimize all production processes for effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Creates and manages the yearly capital and spending budget for the Plant & Engineering Division.
- Assume accountability for optimizing the use of production resources, decreasing idle time, and raising output to guarantee a high asset return.
- Coordinates with other departments to guarantee accurate product delivery, quantity, and quality.
- Responsible for upholding company safety and environmental standards and taking proactive measures to reduce or eliminate any potential safety risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in an OEM setting.
- Proven track record of success in achieving production goals, maintaining quality standards, and delivering products on time.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing capital and operating budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and driving cost reductions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
