Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of five staff members responsible for IT operation support, including consulting, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Implement a structured approach by assigning tasks to appropriate engineers and leading network support activities.
  • Develop work plans and actionable deliverables for network operations while conducting assessments.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to network infrastructure and performance.
  • Support communication strategies and evaluate the impact of network enhancements.
  • Define success metrics and continuously monitor progress to ensure efficient network operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a network support operations team.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of networking concepts, including routing and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks, network management tools, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.
  • Technical proficiency with Cisco Wireless Controllers.
  • Strong experience with Next-Generation firewalls.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Security.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
