Responsibilities:

• Control product quality, waste, and errors during production to satisfy the established goals, KPIs, and corporate policies.
• Manage production to meet client needs.
• Accurately manage and supervise production raw materials (RM), inventory (FG), packaging materials (Packaging), and consumable warehouse (Engineer Stock).
• Managed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
• Prepare key performance indicators for each department in the factory. Analyze and identify causes and solutions for improvement and development. This includes summarizing and submitting weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage WI papers and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
• Focus on issue solutions in each department. Include a prevention plan (Action Plan) to avoid future errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including ISO9001-2015, 5S, Safety, TPM, QCC, Lean, and Kaizen.
• Successfully reduced costs inside the organization to meet targets.
• Proficient in developing and improving replacement or existing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or similar subjects.
• At least 5 years of management experience is required.
• Experience developing factories or expanding systems is highly valued. (Feasibility)
• Must have experience blowing film or creating drinking water labels will be prioritized.
• Pro-active management style.
• Proficient in managing and developing the KPI system throughout time.
• Able to observe and grow within the factory at any time.
