Responsibilities:

• Attending the immediate online breakdown jobs to prevent the stoppage of machines.
• LPG-Burner Management System and Maintenance.
• Inspections and Calibration of Metal Detectors. Operation and Maintenance of Automatic PREMIER TECH CHRONOS Packing Machine.
• Installation, commissioning & trouble shooting of A.C Drives. Carried out No load Test & Load Test of all A.C. motors through A.C. Drives, DOL & Star Delta Starters & maintain all the technical specification records.
• Preparation Inst index, IO assignment, Electrical/Instrument interface, Cable tray lay out etc.
• Preparing material requisition for all instrumentation items.
• Maintenance of Plant Equipment, Shutdown Jobs etc.
• Maintenance of Field Instrument - Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Differential Pressure Transmitter and Temperature Transmitter tubing & all work complete.
• Maintenance of Level Switch, Limit Switch, Motorized Valve (Make-AUMA), Pressure Switch & Differential Pressure Switch, Control Valves, On/Off Valves. Assessing cost effectiveness of products, spare parts, maintenance, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
• Review data of instrument/electrical equipment maintenance costs and analyze for common mode of failures, repetitive failures and performance of equipment designs/materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electrical engineering-related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Measurement instrumental
• 3-5 years of management experience with good command of English communication (
• Experience with instrument measurement products
