Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
    • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
  • Training & Development:
    • Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and industry best practices.
    • Manage the training budget and select appropriate training vendors.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with employees and provide constructive feedback.
    • Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
    • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and employee recognition programs.
    • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Promote a strong company culture and values.
  • KPI Tracking & Analysis:
    • Develop and track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, training completion rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
