Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
- Training & Development:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and industry best practices.
- Manage the training budget and select appropriate training vendors.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with employees and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a strong company culture and values.
- KPI Tracking & Analysis:
- Develop and track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, training completion rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
- Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
