Sales Manager (Japanese Native)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting our Japanese clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest in the company's products and services.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful clients.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Japanese native. Living in Thailand, Japan, or Asia.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or industrial sales.
  • Would prefer experience from the energy or gas sector. But open to all industrial sales industries.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English spoken and written.
