Sales Manager (Japanese Native)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting our Japanese clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest in the company's products and services.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful clients.
Qualifications
- Must be a Japanese native. Living in Thailand, Japan, or Asia.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or industrial sales.
- Would prefer experience from the energy or gas sector. But open to all industrial sales industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English spoken and written.
