We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a strong foundation in Human Resources Management (HRM) principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback delivery.
    • Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
    • Mediate employee disputes and conduct investigations into workplace complaints.
    • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and retirement plans.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and FMLA.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training and development needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, such as compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
    • Support employee career development initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
    • Manage HR Audits.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Participate in organizational development initiatives, such as change management and team building.
    • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HRM principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills.
