About the job HR Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a strong foundation in Human Resources Management (HRM) principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimize the hiring process.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback delivery.
- Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Mediate employee disputes and conduct investigations into workplace complaints.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and FMLA.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training and development needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, such as compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
- Support employee career development initiatives.
- HR Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Manage HR Audits.
- Organizational Development:
- Participate in organizational development initiatives, such as change management and team building.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HRM principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills.
