Responsibility:
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional events, including commercial campaigns, festive celebrations, themed markets, and cultural and artistic activities, in alignment with the annual marketing plan.
  • Design comprehensive event proposals covering creative concepts, execution processes, budget plan, and resource coordination to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with external event and PR vendors and venue setup teams to facilitate smooth event operations.
  • Analyze event performance, gather customer feedback, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare post-event reports to evaluate result of event promotion performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and public relations firms to maximize media exposure and PR activities.
  • Social media account management by content operation and content schedule and promotion plan.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including preparing presentations, organizing marketing materials, and coordinating vendor communications.
  • Track marketing expenditures to ensure budget efficiency and compliance with financial approval processes.

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in commercial real estate, shopping centers, or large-scale events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
