Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in agriculture products and construction. The ideal candidate will have hands on sales experience, deep market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies and action plans in agriculture products and construction industries.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, potential markets, and clients.
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to gain insights and identify areas for growth.

Lead negotiations and manage contract agreements, pricing, and service terms.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and trends.
- Maintain a deep understanding of agriculture products, construction materials, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong track record in sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Indepth knowledge of agriculture and construction markets in Thailand and surrounding regions.
