IT Security Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Act as the first point of contact for security issues and work with the right teams to fix problems quickly.
• Help staff understand IT security policies, check that they follow the rules, and raise any risks.
• Spot and report strange activities, cyberattacks, or phishing emails to the security team.
• Work with the IT team to keep systems updated and fix security weaknesses.
• Join emergency drills and help plan what to do if something goes wrong.
• Look for ways to improve work processes and suggest simple ideas for improvement.
• Work at the client's office and provide regular reports based on agreed tasks and timelines.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Security, IT Support, or Network Administration.
• Basic understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
• Familiar with key security controls including endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
• Comfortable working and coordinating with multinational teams.
