Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Spearheading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
- Employee Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administering competitive benefits packages.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Staying abreast of labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Employee Relations: Cultivating positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Social Responsibility: Leading social audits and promoting ethical labor practices.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB/ Month
Working hours: Monday - Saturday
