Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Acquisition: Spearheading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
  • Employee Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administering competitive benefits packages.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Staying abreast of labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivating positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Social Responsibility: Leading social audits and promoting ethical labor practices.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Thai.

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB/ Month 
Working hours: Monday - Saturday 
Location: Chiang Rai
