  • Supervise a team of logistics specialists, offering advice, mentoring, and support to guarantee smooth shift work, booking fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and do evaluations. Resolve difficult client issues, escalations, and complaints while assuring quick and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Coordinate and prioritize team efforts to satisfy customer needs and service level agreements.
  • Optimize resource allocation, balance workloads, and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve service quality.
  • Assess team performance in logistics services, such as order processing, transportation coordination, and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver frequent service performance reports, including key performance indicators, operational metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze the data to find trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Assist managers in making decisions and modifying SOPs as needed.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager or leader in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related sectors.
  • Experience loading containers with 4 or 6 wheels.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, methods, and best practices.
  • Coach team members and resolve issues on their behalf.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Preference for service-oriented or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
  • Demonstrates positive attitudes and patience towards clients and suppliers.
  • Available to start immediately is a plus.
