Responsibilities

  • Track sales costs to ensure profitability aligns with the company's growth targets.
  • Execute strategies aimed at expanding the client base and market share while addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up on sales-related challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise sales records, including forecasts and budgets.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries or proposals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Age 35-40 years
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strongness in a management-level position is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
