Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to boost sales by achieving targets and identifying new market segments.
- Conduct thorough research to discover potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.
- Assist in crafting strategies for successful market entry.
- Support the development of customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients while reporting progress to team members, other department managers, and upper management.
- Gather customer requirements during consultations and convert them into actionable business opportunities through effective solutions.
- Track sales costs to ensure profitability aligns with the company's growth targets.
- Execute strategies aimed at expanding the client base and market share while addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up on sales-related challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain precise sales records, including forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries or proposals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Age 35-40 years
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, preferably in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strongness in a management-level position is necessary.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Strategic mindset coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
