Job summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Full Loop Accounting: Oversee and execute the end-to-end accounting process, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and inventory costing specific to manufacturing.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local standards and international reporting requirements.
- CFO Partnership & Travel: Serve as the "right hand" to the CFO. This includes accompanying the CFO on international business trips to support regional audits, plant inspections, and strategic meetings.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor manufacturing costs, variance analysis, and production efficiency to provide actionable insights for the management team.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with Thai tax laws (VAT, CIT, and Withholding Tax) and coordinate with external auditors.
- Process Improvement: Leverage your growth mindset to identify bottlenecks and implement digital or structural improvements to the accounting workflow.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A CPD or CPA license is a significant advantage.
- At least 5–8 years in accounting, specifically within the Manufacturing Industry.
- Must have hands-on experience using Oracle ERP. Proficiency in Oracle for manufacturing modules (Costing, Inventory, Ledger) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English (must be able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and prepare reports in English).
- Must be able to travel overseas as required by the business.
